Rate Changes Kept to a Minimum

We are happy to announce that there are no rate changes for garbage service.

However, rates for recycling services will be going up due to disposal rates increasing to $120 per ton at our county Transfer Station.  Beginning July 1, 2020 curbside commingle recycling for residential accounts and paper recycling for commercial accounts will have their monthly rate increase by $2.  This change means for City customers the rate becomes $7 and $9 for County customers.  Commercial accounts for cardboard recycling will increase by $1 per container per month.
