We provide roll-off service in many areas of Tillamook County. Our service boundary to the west is as far as Oceanside and Cape Meares, to the east as far as South Fork Prison Camp, to the north as far as Neah Kah Nie High School, and to the south as far as Sandlake Junction. Service is available Monday through Friday and requires scheduling, at the very least, the day before or before noon if you need same-day service. Box size availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be added to the schedule once we receive the required account setup information, deposit, and documents. Rent continues over the weekend, so, again, if you need delivery on Friday or to have the box dumped by Friday afternoon, then the request must be scheduled by Thursday or before noon.
If you are disposing of any construction debris that is older than 2004 and is suspected to contain asbestos, then you must have it tested through the proper chain of custody and meet any DEQ requirements. All fines, fees, and expenses fall on you, the customer, if it is discovered that asbestos requirements are not met. Visit the DEQ website for labs that provide the service you need if you are just remodeling. If you are demolishing a building to the ground, then you must have an asbestos survey completed before we can haul your load.
Special handling is required for tires, concrete, ash, or soil/fill dirt. Be sure to let us know when requesting your box if you will be including any of these items. Special tipping rates for boxes with only yard debris are available (not soil/fill dirt). Contents must be yard debris only, less than four feet long, and under six inches in diameter. If contents are over that size or the box contains any garbage, then garbage rates apply. Be sure to mention the yard debris rate when requesting your box.
Below is a link to the required forms needed to get the process started for your drop box delivery. Forms include 1) the rental agreement and 2) the form required by Tillamook County when you are disposing of construction debris. Every customer must complete the rental agreement. If your load does not have any construction debris then you are not required to fill out the Construction Debris form.
